This Refund Policy covers Msithub's actions and approach toward refunds. This policy does not apply to companies that Msithub does not own or control, or individuals not employed or managed by Msithub. It also excludes third-party services/products and external websites linked to from our site.

When Do You Qualify for Refunds?

When you file a complaint with Msithub, we first aim to provide an ideal resolution to the issue. Your case is evaluated by the technical team and escalated to an expert panel if needed. Refunds are only issued in extreme cases, where no effective solution can be provided. The validity of the refund claim is assessed using the following conditions:

• Development/post-sales operations have not yet started
• The issues with the project are beyond rectification or resolution
• You have not violated our payment terms
• You have not used any information for monetary or business gain during our association
• The reasons provided are valid, rational, and realistic
• You have submitted all necessary proof and evidence supporting your refund claim
• The claim is not related to a billing dispute from your bank or payment vendor

Important Note: If any of the above points are found to be violated, your claim will be considered void. All refund decisions are final and irrevocable.

How the Refund Takes Place

1. Pre-Refund

• The refund query is processed, analyzed, and verified
• The claim is matched against the valid parameters and reference points
• Refunds are arranged in permissible cases, either fully or partially

2. Post-Refund

• A proof agreement is signed
• Unless otherwise instructed, you must destroy all shared information and communication from the engagement

3. Transaction

The refund will be initiated via the same mode of payment after 10 days if the application is not completed.

• The refund will be issued in the currency in which the original payment was made
• If this is not your native currency, you may incur exchange fees or differences due to exchange rate fluctuations
• Msithub is not responsible for any such fees or losses

Changes

Msithub may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, amend this policy from time to time. You are encouraged to check this policy periodically for updates.
