Msithub will not be liable for any misuse of the products delivered. We will not provide the core technology to clients under any circumstances without prior written approval from both parties.

If the client wishes to purchase the technology from Msithub, the cost will be determined only after the project is completed. Once the product and core technology are sold, Msithub will not be responsible for any changes, maintenance, or errors that arise due to external tampering.

If the client wants Msithub to handle maintenance after the technology has been sold, additional charges will apply. These charges will be mutually agreed upon and confirmed in writing between both parties.

All communications regarding the technology and product will only be considered valid if they are included in the agreement or approved via email from the higher authorities of Msithub.
